Collegiate level coaching
First time rower instruction
Daily coxswain clinic
Land based conditioning

Session I, Day Camp Check in & out:
Daily Check-in: 8:00am at the Oregon State University Boathouse
Daily Check-out: 2:00pm at the Oregon State University Boathouse

Session II Day Camp Check in & out:
Daily Check-in: 9:00am at the Oregon State University Boathouse
Daily Check-out: 4:00pm at the Oregon State University Boathouse

Session II Overnight Check in & out: 
Check-in: Sunday July 21st @ 5:00pm on campus at assigned dorm. Specific dorm and directions will be provided prior to start of camp
*Dinner provided by dining hall to all who check in prior to 7pm Sunday.

Check-out: Thursday July 25th @ 4:00pm on campus at same dorm as check in 
*No Dinner provided on Thursday of check-out

Example day of camp:

8:00am - Breakfast (for overnight participants only) 
9:00 am - Practice
12:00 pm - Lunch (for all participants)
1:00 pm - Team activity
3:00 pm - Practice
6:00 pm - Dinner (for overnight participants only)
8:00 pm - Evening games and activities 

Cost: 
$225 for Session I Day Camp
$700 for Session II Overnight Camp

Overnight specific Information

Accommodations: 
All participants will stay on campus in an OSU campus dormitories, 2 participants per room with a shared bathroom in the hall. Current student-athletes of the men’s and women’s team will serve as camp counselors in the dorms for overnight supervision.    
All overnight campers will receive 3 meals a day at a campus dining hall or at the boathouse. *Bedding linens available to rent from university for an additional $10.00

Transportation:
The boathouse is within 2 miles of campus, the group will depart from campus and walk, run or bike to boathouse with camp counselors leading the way on bike paths. We encourage participants to bring a bike, helmet and lock if that is a preferred form of transportation for them.  
A vans will also be available for transportation to and from the boathouse as necessary.

Several workout Shorts and T-shirts/Tanks
Synthetic long-sleeve or sweatshirt
Socks  
Running Shoes 
Hat/visor/sunglasses/sunscreen
Plastic water bottle 
Bedding: sheets, pillow, comforter or sleeping bag
