We believe our summer rowing camp is one of the most rewarding experiences your young athlete can participate in. Rowing not only challenges both physically and mentally; it creates lifelong friends and memories, while experiencing the beauty of the outdoors.
This rewarding team sport helps young athletes develop rowing skills while learning to be a vital part of a crew. We welcome rowers of all prior experiences, whether you are a bow or stroke seat, sculler or coxswain, you will have opportunities to become a better rower. For those brand new to the sport you’ll learn all that you need to know to become a skilled rower.
While our focus is teaching the technical and practical skills of rowing, we want our campers to finish the week satisfied and proud of how much they have been able to accomplish in such a short period of time, striving for that near perfect moment when the boat starts to flow together and rowers feel as if they are propelling the boat as a single unit.
No prior rowing experience is necessary. Ages 13-19 welcome.
